Event Fundraiser: 2026 Detroit Free Press Marathon
The Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MIOCA) is dedicated to supporting those in Michigan affected by ovarian cancer. We do this by connecting people to support and resources, raising awareness through education and outreach opportunities, funding innovative ovarian cancer research, and advocating for those impacted by this disease. The lack of a reliable early detection test for ovarian cancer makes this work especially important.
As we honor our 15th anniversary in 2026, we are proud of the progress we have made and will continue to push forward with determination.

Established in 2011, the Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MIOCA) promotes the early detection of ovarian cancer and improved treatment outcomes. MIOCA raises awareness of ovarian cancer, provides resources and support to survivors and their families, advocates, and funds innovative ovarian cancer research.
